Milk protein concentrate, wheat flour, chicken egg white powder, whole egg powder, raising agent (sodium hydrogen carbonate), acidifier (citric acid), flavouring.
Pour 145 ml of low-fat milk (1.5% fat) into a shaker. Then add 45 g of baking mix (1 1/2 level measuring spoons, inside). To prepare without a shaker, first pour the baking mix into a bowl. Then add the milk. Mix the mixture vigorously in the shaker or bowl. Then fry the dough in a pan or waffle iron with a little oil or oil spray until golden brown.
Tip: You can flavor and sweeten the baking mix as desired with your favorite flavor powder. Start with a dosage of 1.5 g of flavor powder.
