Mix 250 g baking mix with 190–200 ml lukewarm water and 2–3 tbsp oil into a smooth, elastic dough and knead for 4–5 minutes. Let the dough rest for 45–55 minutes in a warm place. Roll out on baking paper, top to your taste and bake at 200 °C top/bottom heat for 10–15 minutes until the edge is golden brown. For extra crunch, bake on a preheated tray or pizza stone and enjoy hot straight away.
