Ingredients:
WHEAT flour, WHEYN protein, skim MILK protein , egg protein, MILK protein, thickener (guar gum), flavoring, raising agent sodium bicarbonate, instant baking yeast, vegetable fat powder, emulsifier (SOYA-Lecithin), sweeteners (sodium cyclamate, saccharin, sucralose).
Stir 1 serving = 100g (approx. 5 tablespoons) in 250ml low-fat milk or water and bake in a preheated pan. One serving makes 3-4 PROTEIN PANCAKES. Consume 1-2 servings per day as needed.
