Ingredients:
MILK protein concentrate 72.2%, modified starch, inulin, thickener (xanthan gum)
Note: Prepared with at least 60% less sugar, 80% less fat and 45% fewer calories than conventional, non-reduced calorie puddings.
Pour 200 ml of low-fat milk (1.5%) into a shaker. Then add 30 g of powder (1 heaped measuring spoon, inside).
Tip: Use 2 g of Chunky Flavor (3/4 Chunky measuring spoon) of your choice to flavor and sweeten the mixture as desired (changes the nutritional values). Let the pudding rest for 5 minutes and mix again before eating. Optionally, place the pudding in the microwave for 50 seconds at 600 watts and enjoy warm
