Ingredients:
Milk protein concentrate, wheat flour, egg white powder, egg whole powder, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), acidifying agent (citric acid), flavoring.
Pour 145 ml of low-fat milk (1.5% fat) into a shaker. Then add 45 g of baking mix (1 1/2 level measuring spoons, included). For preparation without a shaker, first place the baking mix in a bowl. Then add the milk. Mix the mixture vigorously in the shaker or bowl. Afterwards, bake the dough in a pan or waffle maker with a bit of oil or oil spray until golden brown.
Tip: You can flavor and sweeten the baking mix according to your preference with your favorite flavor powder. Start with a dosage of 1.5 g of flavor powder.
