Ingredients: ultra-high molecular corn starch, D-glucose monohydrate, acidifier citric acid, creatine monohydrate (7.5%), L-leucine (7.5%), L-arginine (7.5%), coloring red berries, L-valine (3.75%), L-isoleucine (3.75%), flavor, acidity regulator potassium citrate, sweetener sucralose, coffee extract, ascorbic acid, nicotinamide, calcium D-pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride.
Allergens: soy and soy products, milk and milk products (including lactose).
Add 3/4 measuring scoops (25 g = 1 serving) to 250 ml of water and dissolve the powder by stirring vigorously. The preparation is easiest in a shaker.
