Ingredients:
Milk protein concentrate, milk protein, sweeteners (maltitol, xylitol), egg white powder, spelt whole grain flour, inulin, thickener guar gum, modified starch (acetylated distarch adipate), raising agents (sodium bicarbonate, disodium diphosphate), sea salt, flavoring, corn starch, emulsifier (soy lecithin, sunflower lecithin)
Mix 50g of All Stars Pancake Protein Mix with 50 to 75ml of cold water and stir with a hand mixer or whisk until you have a smooth batter.
Heat some oil in a non-stick pan. Then pour the batter into the pan. Cook the pancake on both sides over medium heat until it is golden brown.
