Acti More from More Nutrition is a high-dose, pure vitamin C powder. Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin that occurs naturally, primarily in fruits and vegetables. It cannot be produced and stored independently by the body, which means that intake through food or vitamin C supplements is essential. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to get enough vitamin C through food. According to the National Consumption Study II, around a third do not reach the recommended dosage of vitamin C. Plus, eating foods for vitamins means extra calories that you don't have to consume when you use ACTIMORE from MORE Nutrition.
