Ingredients:
Milk protein concentrate 55 %, whole grain oats (gluten-free) 39 %, glucomannan 2 %, psyllium husk powder, soluble fibers (corn), salt, lactase, sweetener (steviol glycosides from Stevia)
For one serving, pour 62 g of More Nutrition Protein Porridge over 200 ml of hot or cold water, according to your preference, and stir with a whisk. Let it swell covered for 5 minutes and then consume.
Tip: Flavor and sweeten the mixture as desired with 2 g of Chunky Flavour (3/4 Chunky measuring scoop) (this will change the nutritional values). For effective support in weight reduction, we recommend drinking enough (1-2 glasses of liquid) with the meal.
